Shipping & Refund Policies

SHIPPING
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Once we confirm the order stock and process the charges to your credit card, your order will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your order. We will email you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information, within 7 days please contact us by email at sales@simplehomegoodness.com.

IN STOCK, OUT OF STOCK
Please know we make every effort to keep this site updated to match with our manufacturers; however, if for any reason your item is unavailable or placed on backorder we will contact you immediately via email.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please advise us immediately. If your order has been processed and prepared to ship, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges and a $25.00 OR 20% restocking fee (whichever is higher).

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until you have received authorization from us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will only be credited back to the original credit card used when placing the order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your items when they arrive. If there’s any issues please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please send photos of the damage to returns@simplehomegoodness.com. If your item is damaged we will provide a return shipping label and work with you to either refund your purchase or replace the item.
