Shipping & Refund Policies
SHIPPING
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Once we confirm the order stock and process the charges to your credit card, your order will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your order. We will email you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information, within 7 days please contact us by email at mary@whistlestoptraindepot.com.
IN STOCK, OUT OF STOCK
Please know we make every effort to keep this site updated to match with our manufacturers; however, if for any reason your item is unavailable or placed on backorder we will contact you immediately via email.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please advise us immediately. If your order has already processed we will not be able cancel. Our items are all printed at the time of your order and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your items when they arrive. If there’s any issues please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please send photos of the damage to mary@whistlestoptraindepot.com. If your item is damaged we will provide a return shipping label and work with you to either refund your purchase or replace the item.
